LifeSport UK lead excellent workout groups that are well structured and thought through, intense and, most of all, fun. I’ve been regularly attending Kettlebells on a Thursday and am loving the full body workout nature of the session.

Matt puts a real emphasis on form which has been key in strengthening all those areas that prevent back issues caused by my 9-5 slouching in front of the computer at work! I highly recommend these guys, looking forward to trying Bootcamps on Monday!

Having already attended Matt’s circuit training classes for several weeks, I had seen significant gains in my triathlon performance over all 3 disciplines, I decided to sign up for a 12 session personal training package with the focus being on improving performance during triathlon at sprint and standard distances. Towards the end of the course I competed in a sprint triathlon and achieved 3rd in my age group. A few weeks later I competed in a standard distance triathlon and achieved a PB, 8 mins quicker than the previous year and finished 8th in my age group.


I had tried many training plans prior to this but had not managed to come anywhere close to making the gains that I achieved working with Matt. I would highly recommend Matt and Lifesport UK.
