Q - How long is the program take and how many times a week will I train?
Results are based on consistency and commitment. There are no shortcuts. At LifeSport we coach a philosophy of athlete ownership and responsibility for your own success. This program includes 6-8 detailed running and conditioning sessions a week for 12-18 weeks.

6-8 detailed running and conditioning sessions a week for 16-24 weeks and access to the program through the award-winning TrueCoach™ platform.
We are confident that ours programs will deliver excellent results however if you are not satisfied you can request a refund by emailing email@example.com.
